There are many ways for businesses to support the Clown Doctors. Relying solely on the support of the community to keep Clown Doctors at the bedside, we are incredibly grateful for the corporate support we receive and for the passionate employees who get their workplaces involved.

We understand that every business wants to help in a different way and we are happy to tailor relationships to the needs of our sponsors. Supporting the Clown Doctors is a wonderful way to motivate employees, demonstrate corporate social responsibility and build strong relationships among staff.

We find our best corporate partnerships have been those where the core values of our partners are closely aligned with ours, and are a 'good fit'. We have twice received awards for Good Practice in Partnering from ABAF for our partnerships. Our focus is developing long-term, mutually beneficial, meaningful partnerships with our corporate supporters.

Thank you to our current corporate partners for their ongoing support.

How can your workplace help spread smiles to sick children in hospital?

If you would like to discuss any of the above opportunities, please contact our Corporate Relationship Fundraiser on 1300 HUMOUR (486 687) or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Program Sponsorship

Program Sponsorship is a great way to make a difference by directly sponsoring a Clown Doctor program in hospital. You can choose the area or hospital that you want to sponsor, or leave it up to The Humour Foundation to decide where the funds are needed most.

Program Sponsorship helps us to deliver our program needs, seeing immediate outcomes from your support.

Fun-Raising Sponsorship

Fun-raising sponsorship is an innovative way to help The Humour Foundation ensure that Clown Doctors will be visiting hospitals for many years to come. By choosing to direct your funds into raising more funds, the return on your investment is increased, as are long-term program outcomes.

This type of sponsorship suits financially-minded businesses who wish to help us focus on our sustainability as an organisation.

Company Fun-Raisers

Fundraising is a real team-building activity: right from the ideas-generation phase to telling everyone about your achievements. Getting involved provides your business with the platform to engage your staff with a reputable cause and the opportunity to really make a difference in their community. Everyone can get involved in their own way.

For some ideas to get you started, check out our fun-raising ideas page; you can be as creative as you like when planning your own unique fun-raiser.

Dollar Matching Staff Donationsalt src=images/freddo.JPG _cke_saved_src=images/freddo.JPG

Many employers will match the donations of their employees. It is a great way to get staff motivated to raise as much as they can, as well as show that a business believes in and supports the causes that staff do.

We encourage all employees to approach their Human Resources team to ask if this is something their organisation offers. Your organisation could match your monthly Clown Doctor Sponsorship donations, or any fundraising you might organise.

Cause Related Marketing Campaigns

Consumers appreciate businesses that actively support good causes, particularly when they fit well with the charity they are supporting. We are happy to discuss opportunities if you are interested in running a cause related marketing campaign with the Clown Doctors.

These promotions are a great association to improve your corporate reputation, and provide a great point of difference for your customers to choose and stick with your brands over competitors.

Payroll Giving

If your organisation is interested in choosing Clown Doctors as a Payroll Giving beneficiary, we would be more than happy to discuss options with you. This is a great way to give your staff a tax effective method of donating to the Clown Doctors, and a way to make a difference through their workplace.
