Peter is a medical practitioner and founded Wintergarden Medial Centre in Bowral NSW.  He has presented work in the USA and Europe.  In 2001, Dr Spitzer was awarded the Churchill Fellowship to study the international impact of hospital clown units on the health care system.  He developed LaughterBoss training to assist with depression in aged care facilities.  He has presented to medical and health professional audiences around Australia.

Dr Spitzer regularly performs open heart surgery as clown doctor, Dr Fruit-Loop.  His main aim is to infect his patients with joy and laughter.  He is involved in the training of Clown Doctors in health topics.  He visited East Timor in 2000 to help people who had been through trauma to find their smiles again.

Jean-Paul Bell

Jean-Paul has been making audiences laugh for 35 years.  His career has spanned stage and screen from a background in mime, encompassing audiences in 12 countries around the world.

He auditions and trains Clown Doctors and speaks to audiences around Australia on humour and health topics, giving audiences a dose of laughter in the LaughterWorks program.

In 2000 he was one of three Clown Doctors to visit East Timor and was part of the International Patchwork for Peace mission visiting Afghanistan helping people find their smiles again, as well as delivering medical supplies.  He returned to Afghanistan again in 2006 with medical supplies for Kabul Children´s Hospital.

He is clown doctor, Dr B Looney when he visits hospitals.
