Laugh Out Loud! Dinner

It was a night of fun and laughter when a crowd of 460 packed Dockside in Darling Harbour for The Laugh Out Loud! dinner to launch  our Smile day appeal.

Jack Thompson, Bob Hawke, Guy Sebastian, Toni Pearen, Jaynie Seales  and Antonia Kidman were some of the celebrities who supported the evening.

The real star of the night was brave teenager Grace Cooper, who spoke about how Clown Doctors helped during her long hospital stay. “The Clown Doctors filled me with new confidence – they helped me to feel like the old me again – they brought out my fighting spirit”  Grace told the spellbound crowd, who gave her a standing ovation. Guy Sebastian came on stage to sing his awesome version of ‘Climb Every Mountain.’  for Grace.

With comedy from Calvin de Grey Anthony Ackroyd and Explosive Minds, it was a packed entertainment program, Everyone was on the dance-floor when John Paul Young sang ‘Love is in the Air’
