Humour for Health study at Northern Hospital 


Northern Hospital, Vic, conducted a study on Clown Doctors in the Emergency Department and the Children and Adolescent Health Unit. Clown Doctor interactions were observed to evaluate the effectiveness. In 82% of observed interactions, children were laughing. The experience for all patients ranged from excellent (82%) to good. There were no observed adverse reactions. More information is available in the documents below.
